Shipping policy

 ​B. Inspired currently ships within Canada. We offer FREE shipping for all order over $25.

If you need Shipping outside of Canada, please send me a message and we can coordinate shipping costs.

Please note that NO tracking is provided for FREE shipping within Canada. 

It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address and correct shipping information. No refunds/exchanges will be issued for shipping issues caused by incorrect shipping addresses.

If you have provided correct shipping information and have not received your order within 30 days of shipping, please contact us and we will explore a refund or replacement items. Please note that due to inventory, you may not receive the same item, and often the simplest solution is to find another item that is in stock that is similar in value.

Please note that it is very rare for items to be lost in the mail, and most delayed items are due to workforce shortages.

​Please allow 1-3 business days for order fulfillment and 1-2 weeks for completed shipping.

​All orders within Canada are shipped via Canada Post. No tracking for FREE Shipping within Canada. If you are a Canadian customer and have selected tracking at checkout, this information will be e-mailed to you.

If shipping International or to the US, all customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
